Omg I cannot say enough good things about cryotherapy, but most importantly this place. Yes cryo is amazing-I sleep better, I feel better, I recover from my workouts better, but most importantly Todd and Katie are amazing! I would literally not cryo anywhere else. These people are so nice and make you feel so welcome and comfortable EVERY SINGLE TIME. You don’t even need to make an appt, they take you any time and accommodate you in any way that you can! I was so nervous when I tried cryo for the first time a couple of months ago, but Todd and Katie eased my worries. Now I cannot live without it! It is such an amazing feeling, you feel like you are flying! Physically, mentally, emotionally, all around amazing for you. My mom and I go regularly and we’ve brought so many friends that can’t wait to go back! If you have not tried cryo, DO IT. Best thing you can do for your body. If you do decide to cryo-DO IT AT SUBURBAN CRYOTHERAPY! ❤️

This place was amazing! The staff was very friendly and was very knowledgeable. I came in to help treat back and hamstring tightness. I did the cryo chamber and the leg compressions and could immediately feel a difference after. I would highly recommend!
