Worth it! We tried it out and had a really friendly and educational experience. Our bodies felt awesome after the cryotherapy session. Albeit quite chilly, our aches and pains faded almost instantly. Super unique facility with a variety of treatment options beyond cryo!

I was diagnosed with a herniated desk and in a lot of pain. I found this business and thought I would give it a try. What else did I have to lose. I found this amazing new therapy to rid me of the nagging pain from this injury and stress. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and warm. The chiropractic adjustment can be done right there as well and billed to my insurance. Exceptional modern facility with new solutions for the pain you’re having and to make you feel better. The cryotherapy is extremely effective. If you’re reading about it and wanting to try it - it does work. I had to be in a lot of pain to give this a try, but I am so glad that I did. It is actually a lot of fun, it doesn’t hurt like some people think and make she feel extremely refreshed. The staff talk you through the entire three minutes which make you feel better. Give it a try. My husband went with me to weeks later and loved it.
